This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the prometheannetworks.com website and the NAD v2 software (the "Services"), how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

• Account and contact data — your name and email address when you start a trial, purchase, or contact support.
• Billing data — subscription and transaction records. Payments are processed by Stripe; we receive limited transaction details (such as a customer ID, a payment identifier, and the last four digits and card brand). We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers.
• License and activation data — your License Key, edition/tier, activation status, and expiry, used to operate and validate your Subscription.
• Inputs you submit to the Software — the network requirements and related information you enter to generate designs. To produce Output, these inputs are transmitted to our AI processor (see Section 3).
• Support communications — messages you send us.
• Website usage data — standard log and device data, and cookies (see Section 7).

2. How We Use Information

We use information to: provide and operate the Services; create and validate licenses; process payments and renewals; deliver License Keys and service emails; provide support; secure and improve the Services; and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Processing of Your Inputs

The Software sends the inputs you provide to a third-party AI service — currently Anthropic (Claude API) — to generate designs, configurations, and related Output, and may use web-search services to retrieve pricing information. Do not submit sensitive, classified, regulated, or personal information you are not authorized to disclose to third-party processors. Your use of AI-generated features is also subject to the applicable third-party provider's terms.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, including: - Stripe — payment processing - Anthropic — AI processing of Software inputs - SendGrid (Twilio) — transactional email delivery - DigitalOcean — infrastructure hosting

We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect our rights, and in connection with a business transfer.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it. Software inputs transmitted for AI processing are handled per the AI provider's retention practices.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including encryption in transit and access controls) to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Cookies

Our website uses only cookies necessary for basic site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@prometheannetworks.com. - EEA/UK (GDPR): Where the GDPR applies, we process personal information on the basis of performing our contract with you (providing and licensing the Software), our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Services), and your consent where required. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. - California (CCPA/CPRA): We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, and will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. International Transfers

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to processing in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate. Where personal information is transferred from the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notified to you.
